Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Learn how we protect your Online Services account against unauthorized use.

What Is Multi-Factor Authentication?

To protect your account and the information stored in Online Services, we use multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Multi-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to the sign-in process and the authorization of certain actions that, due to their nature, may pose a greater risk to your account, your operations, or our systems.

How Does It Work?

Currently, authentication is completed using a One-Time Password (OTP), which may be sent to:

  • Your registered email address.

  • Your registered mobile phone number via SMS.

The OTP is valid for a limited time, can only be used once, and must be entered to complete the authentication process or authorize the applicable action.

When Is Multi-Factor Authentication Enabled?

Multi-factor authentication may be enabled by a legal representative of the company on whose behalf you use our Online Services, or by us as part of our standard security measures.

We may also require multi-factor authentication if we detect unusual activity on your account or activity that may pose a risk to your account, your operations, or our systems. However, we are under no obligation to enable or require multi-factor authentication in any particular case.

To check whether multi-factor authentication is enabled for your account, sign in to your account and go to Settings.
