Authorized Business Domains

Unless you notify us otherwise during the account opening process or subsequently provide us with written notice, we may treat users whose email addresses use the same domain as the company’s primary email address or the email address of its legal representative (for example, john.doe@arlfreight.com) as pre-authorized to access Online Services on behalf of the company.

We may allow users with an authorized business domain to access Online Services without requiring the same additional verification procedures that may apply to users with other email domains.

We may require additional authentication or verification at any time when we reasonably consider it necessary to protect your account, your operations, or our systems.

If you use an email address owned or controlled by your employer or another organization, your account may be associated with that organization within Online Services. The organization’s legal representative or an authorized administrator may be able to manage or control certain aspects of your account, including your access, permissions, and security settings and, where applicable, information or records associated with your use of Online Services.

We may notify you before associating your account with an organization or granting its legal representative or an authorized administrator control over certain aspects of your account. However, we may not provide separate notice if the organization is responsible for notifying you, has already informed you of such control, or the association results from your use of an authorized business domain.

Yes. You may withdraw or modify the pre-authorization of a business domain at any time by providing us with written notice.

We may also suspend or modify the pre-authorized status of any domain when we reasonably consider it necessary for security, compliance, or account protection purposes.
