What are Online Services?
Online Services are the websites, customer portals, applications, digital tools, and other electronic services that ARL Freight Company makes available to customers and authorized users to access information, communicate with us, manage their accounts, request or manage services, submit instructions or documents, and perform other available actions.
The services, features, and information available to you may vary depending on your account, the company or organization with which your account is associated, your assigned role and permissions, your location, and the services you use.
Who can use Online Services?
You may use Online Services if you have an active account or otherwise have been authorized by us or by a company or another organization with authority to grant you access.
If you use Online Services on behalf of a company or another organization, you must have the authority necessary to act on its behalf and may only use the services, information, and features available under your assigned access and permissions.
For more information about company users, administrators, roles, and permissions, see Managing Access to Your Company Account.
Are all Online Services available to every user?
No. Certain services, features, information, or transactions may only be available to specific customers or users.
Availability may depend on factors such as the services contracted by your company, your role and permissions, applicable legal or operational requirements, your location, or additional authentication or verification requirements.
We may also add, modify, restrict, or discontinue particular features or services as described in Changes to Online Services.
Do I need an account to use Online Services?
Some Online Services may be available without an account. However, access to customer-specific information, transactions, documents, or account management features generally requires you to sign in to an authorized account.
You are responsible for using your account in accordance with the applicable terms and for protecting your access credentials. For information about passwords, authentication, sessions, and other security measures, see Account Security.
