How may I use Online Services?

You may use Online Services to access the services, information, features, and transactions made available to you based on your account, your assigned role and permissions, and the services available to the company or organization you represent.

You must use Online Services only for lawful and authorized purposes and in accordance with our applicable agreements, terms and conditions, policies, and instructions.

If you use Online Services on behalf of a company or another organization, you must act within the authority granted to you by that organization.

What are my responsibilities when using Online Services?

When using Online Services, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing information before submitting requests, instructions, documents, or transactions.

  • Using only the services and features that you are authorized to access.

  • Following any instructions, requirements, or security measures applicable to a particular service or transaction.

What uses are not allowed?

  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair Online Services or our systems.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with a company or another organization.

  • Use Online Services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe Online Services are being used in violation of these requirements or in a manner that may create a risk for users, customers, our operations, or our systems.

Am I responsible for reviewing information before submitting it?

Yes. Before submitting a request, instruction, document, transaction, or other information through Online Services, you should review the information and confirm that it is accurate and complete.

Once submitted, certain actions may be processed immediately or may not be capable of being modified or canceled through Online Services.

If you identify an error after submitting an action, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify, cancel, or stop an action after it has been submitted or processed.

Can we establish additional rules for certain services?

Yes. Certain services, features, or transactions may be subject to additional terms, instructions, eligibility requirements, limits, or operating rules.

If additional terms apply, we may require you to review or accept them before accessing or using the applicable service or feature.

In the event of a conflict between these general rules and terms specifically applicable to a particular service or transaction, the more specific terms will apply to that service or transaction, to the extent of the conflict.
