What Is ARL Freight Company?
ARL Freight Company® is a trademark owned by ARL Freight Company, S. de R.L. de C.V.
The trademark is used to identify certain transportation, logistics, and related services offered under the ARL Freight Company® brand. ARL Freight Company, S. de R.L. de C.V. licenses the use of the trademark to authorized operating companies in Mexico and the United States.
The use of the ARL Freight Company name or trademark by an operating company does not mean that all services offered under the brand are provided by the same legal entity.

The applicable operating company may be identified in your agreement, service confirmation, invoice, transportation document, or other documentation related to the service.
In some cases, more than one company operating under the ARL Freight Company® brand may participate in or support the provision of a service. Each company remains responsible for its respective activities and obligations, subject to the applicable terms.
Does the ARL Freight Company® Brand identify a single legal entity?
No. The ARL Freight Company® trademark may be used by different legal entities that have been authorized to operate under the brand.
Therefore, references to the ARL Freight Company® brand do not, by themselves, identify the legal entity responsible for a particular service, agreement, transaction, or obligation.
When an agreement, terms and conditions, invoice, notice, or other document identifies a specific legal entity, that entity will be the applicable entity for the purposes described in that document, subject to its terms.
