Who provides ARL Freight Company® services?
Services offered under the ARL Freight Company® brand may be provided by Antonino-Ramírez Logistic Group, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico or ARL Freight Company, L.L.C. in the United States, depending on the service, location, contractual relationship, and other applicable circumstances.
The company responsible for a particular service may be identified in your agreement, service confirmation, invoice, transportation document, or other documentation related to that service.
Can more than one ARL Freight Company® Operating Company participate in a service?
Yes. Depending on the nature of the service, more than one company authorized to operate under the ARL Freight Company® brand may participate in or support its provision.
The participation of another ARL Freight Company operating company does not, by itself, replace or modify the legal entity identified as your contracting party or otherwise responsible for the applicable service.
Each company remains responsible for its respective activities and obligations in accordance with the applicable agreements and law.
Do you use third-party carriers or service providers?
Yes. Depending on the service requested, an ARL Freight Company® operating company may engage motor carriers, transportation providers, warehouses, customs-related service providers, technology providers, or other independent third parties to perform or support certain aspects of a service.
The involvement of a third party does not necessarily mean that the third party is part of ARL Freight Company® or authorized to represent an ARL Freight Company® operating company.
The terms applicable to a particular service may establish additional conditions regarding the selection, use, responsibilities, or limitations applicable to third-party service providers.
Does every ARL Freight Company® Operating Company offer the same services?
No. Services, coverage, features, and availability may vary between operating companies and may depend on factors such as location, service type, operational capabilities, regulatory requirements, and the terms of your agreement.
The availability of a service under the ARL Freight Company® brand does not necessarily mean that every operating company offers or is authorized to provide that service.
How can I confirm who is responsible for my service?
Review the agreement, service confirmation, invoice, transportation document, or other documentation applicable to your service. These documents may identify the operating company responsible for the applicable transaction or service.
