When can I request Account Recovery?
You may request assistance recovering your account if you forget your password, lose access to your registered email address or mobile phone number, are unable to use one of your authentication methods, or experience another circumstance that prevents you from accessing Online Services.
How do we verify your identity to Recover Your Account?
Before restoring access, we may require additional information, authentication, or verification methods to confirm your identity and protect the account against unauthorized access.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include authentication codes, confirmation through your registered contact information, information related to your account, or, in specific circumstances, an additional identity verification process.
The availability of each method will depend on your account and the security measures available to you.
What happens if my account is associated with a company?
If your account is associated with a company or another organization, we may require the participation or authorization of its legal representative or an authorized administrator to recover, restore, or modify your access to Online Services.
The legal representative or an authorized administrator may also request that we restore your access, modify your permissions, or take other measures related to your account, provided that they are authorized to do so on behalf of the organization.
May we delay or deny an Account Recovery Request?
We may delay, restrict, or deny an account recovery request if we are unable to reasonably verify the identity or authority of the person making the request, if there is a dispute regarding who is authorized to access the account, or if we reasonably believe that restoring access could pose a risk to the account, the organization, other users, or our systems.
We may require additional information or verification before restoring access.
