What do I need to access Online Services?
Currently, access to Online Services is available by invitation only. Receiving or requesting services from ARL Freight Company does not automatically give you access to Online Services.
To access Online Services, you must receive an invitation from us or, where available, from a legal representative or authorized administrator of the company or organization with which your account will be associated.
We may require certain information to create, activate, or maintain your account, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, or other information necessary to identify you and associate your account with the appropriate company or organization.
Certain services or features may also require additional authentication, verification, permissions, or acceptance of additional terms before you can access or use them.
How do I receive an invitation?
Invitations may be sent by us or, where this functionality is available, by a legal representative or authorized administrator of your company or organization.
An invitation does not necessarily give you access to all Online Services. The services, information, features, and transactions available to you may depend on your company account, assigned role and permissions, and any additional requirements applicable to a particular service.
We may determine eligibility for access to Online Services and may decline, revoke, or require additional verification of an invitation when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or account protection purposes.
Is my account personal to me?
Yes. Your Online Services account and authentication credentials are intended for your individual use and should not be shared with another person.
If multiple people within your company need access to Online Services, each person should use their own account. Access may be subject to the roles and permissions assigned by the company’s legal representative or an authorized administrator.
For more information, see Managing Access to Your Company Account.
What information must I keep up to date?
You should keep the information associated with your account accurate and current, particularly your email address, mobile phone number, and other information used to contact or authenticate you.
We may rely on the information registered in your account to communicate with you, send authentication codes or security alerts, verify certain requests, and provide access to available services and features.
If your information changes, you should update it through Online Services, when that option is available, or contact us through our official support channels.
Can we require additional verification before granting access?
Yes. We may require additional authentication, authorization, or verification before granting or restoring access to Online Services or to a particular service, feature, or transaction.
The measures we require may depend on the circumstances, the type of access requested, the information available to us, and the level of risk associated with the request.
For more information about authentication and account security, see Account Security. In specific circumstances where we need greater assurance regarding your identity, we may also use the procedures described under Identity Verification.
Can access requirements change?
Yes. We may establish or modify reasonable access, authentication, technical, or security requirements from time to time to protect Online Services, comply with applicable requirements, or support changes to our services.
If a change requires action from you, we may provide instructions or notice through Online Services, your registered contact information, or another appropriate communication channel.
